Trophy Club Voice Resolves Trademark Dispute with Facebook After Extended Battle

Trophy Club, TX – In a significant development following a protracted trademark battle, Trophy Club Media and Facebook have successfully resolved an issue pertaining to trademark violations against the owners of Trophy Club Voice.

A brief background of the matter reveals that Michael Pipkins, legally acquired the trademark for Trophy Club Voice. Pipkins also oversees Trophy Club Media, an online publishing enterprise encompassing multiple conservative-based websites and social media platforms.

Two Facebook groups were found to be in violation of this trademark. The first group, bearing the URL “Facebook.com/groups/TCvoice,” was publicly displayed as “Trophy Club Voice” and referenced our website, TrophyClubVoice.com. It is noteworthy that this Facebook group had been abandoned by its original creator, resulting in its management by Facebook.

Notably, a section of Trophy Club residents expressed concerns regarding Pipkins’ acquisition of the trademark, associated website, and social media assets. Their dispute was rooted in political disagreements and emerged as a consequence of Pipkins’ exposure of corruption within the local political establishment. These individuals chose to express their grievances on social media by adopting multiple false identities to defame and slander Pipkins in various ways, some of which have had questionable legality.

This led to the establishment of a second Facebook group that flagrantly disregarded our intellectual property, named “The REAL Trophy Club Voice.” The creators of this group intentionally sought to undermine our reputation and had a malicious intent.

While we had several legal options at our disposal, we chose the path of least resistance and cost-efficiency by engaging directly with Facebook. After nearly four years of ongoing correspondence, Facebook recently acceded to our request and took action to close the infringing trademark violations.

It is important to recognize that while the closure of these groups may appear sudden, it marks the culmination of a lengthy legal battle. It would have been our preference to simply gain administrative control of the groups, and not have them shut down entirely. However, this was not an option available to Facebook.

Throughout this four-year period, despite facing numerous libelous accusations, we have refrained from responding in kind. We extend an invitation to the former members of these groups to consider these facts and reapply to join the official Trophy Club Voice group and page.

Trophy Club Voice serves as an excellent platform for discussing social issues, community events, and engaging in political discourse without concerns about censorship. We look forward to fostering a constructive environment for such discussions.
